About Us – Bommanna Heavenly Farms

My name is Praveen Bommanna, Owner of Bommanna Heavenly Farms. For over 13 years, I worked as a software engineer, including 6 memorable years in California, USA. Life took a meaningful turn after my father passed away. I felt an emotional responsibility to take care of our farm and continue what he lovingly built.

So, I made the biggest decision of my life—left my IT job and moved back to live on our family farm. The initial journey was far from easy. As an organic farmer, I struggled to get a fair price due to middlemen. I remembered the Farmers Markets in the US and started exploring similar possibilities here.

I visited small markets, engaged directly with customers and even began selling my farm-grown mangoes and coconuts in apartments. But the operational cost was still high and not sustainable.

That’s when I realized something important…
If this was difficult for me, it must be equally difficult for many other organic farmers.
So instead of working alone, I chose to collaborate.

Today, Bommanna Heavenly Farms brings together multiple organic farmers who share the same passion and commitment. We grow together, share costs, and offer a wide variety of chemical-free produce directly to customers—without middlemen.

We follow strict quality practices through a group we proudly call Lokayuktha Team—a community of customers who voluntarily review our farms, farming practices and produce quality. The best part—they are not outsiders but our own consumers. Every customer is welcome to visit our farms, warehouses and verify our process personally.

For those curious about farming, we offer short-term lease options—a simple way to experience farming without major investment. We also provide peaceful farm-stay experiences for anyone seeking a break from traffic, pollution, and daily chaos.
