2. Delays

• Festivals/public holidays

3. Return & Refund Policy

Since we sell fresh farm products, returns are allowed only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is spoiled upon arrival
• You receive the wrong item

• Attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
• After verification, we will resend or refund the amount.
