Navane Rotti

Navane Rotti is a traditional Karnataka flatbread made from navane (foxtail millet) flour. Light, wholesome, and mildly nutty in taste, it is rich in fiber and minerals, easy to digest, and commonly enjoyed with chutney, soppu palya, or saaru as a healthy everyday meal.
